Four classes to choose from:

Kindergarten

Pre-K

King's Kids

Tiny Tots

Small class size with certified teacher allows for more individulized learning and an enhanced curriculum. Students attend 5 days a week from 8:25-1:00.  Must be 5 yrs old by December 1st.

A perfect venue for the child entering Kindergarten the following year. Focus is on gaining independence, learning pre-reading/reading skills, grasping beginning math concepts, nurturing social development, practicing fine/gross motor skills, and maturing spiritually.

An ideal place for your 3-4 year old. Offering a mixture of experiences to facilitate the growth of children socially, physically, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually. Exploration through a variety of thematic units which allows for the expansion of youthful minds.

A small class just right for your 2 year old. Developmentally appropriate activities to assist in the growth of the young child. Socialization with other children is emphasized in this class. Learn while you play, play while you learn.

Dear Families of Christ the King Preschool:

Here we are, the start of yet another school year! We are excited to announce our first year of offering Kindergarten.  With the class sizes growing in the public schools and the continuing budget cuts, we felt the need to give our families a choice on where their children attend Kindergarten. We will have a small class size which will allow for more individualized instruction along with enhanced social opportunities. The Kindergarten class will run on the same time schedule as the preschool.

Our school will continue to offer instruction allowing for growth - socially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. We will provide a safe learning environment full of love and care. Our flexible mornings allow us to connect with you and your child as soon as you walk in the door. And you are always invited to visit.

Extended Day Care - with interactive instruction - will still be available to those students who want to remain at school from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. This time can either be billed hourly; or, if you use on a regular basis, we have an all-inclusive daily rate. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in using our Extended Day Class.

We look forward to getting to know each of you. If you have any additional questions, you may email or call me.  Our email is info@christthekingpreschool.org.  If you prefer to call, the school's phone number is 309-454-4902.

Thank you for choosing Christ the King Preschool as your child’s second home.  This will be a great year!

Blessings to you and your family,

Leslie Harris, Director
